oh noes!!!

Too many effing books!

do I take my favorite childhood ones? the ones I've read a thousand times? the ones I've only read once but wouldnt mind reading again? Can I take them all??? ahh!!!!!!!

Over the years my brother and I shared many books. WHen one of us received a book at christmas it might as well have been a gift to the both of us. As a result, he an I went into aggressive negotiation as to who owned what. Series we agreed to leave at home. That means I have to leave Harry Potter behind.... boo. I'd like to bring my Tamora Pierce collection just because they were my favorites for so long but I have so many of them... I Cant just bring one or two... And then theres the Pierce Anthony. I'd like to bring some of his because they're just so fucked up and weird but I havent read any in a while so they'd mostly just be on display.... Thats not to speak of the TONS of Eion Colpher, Phillip Pullman, Jean Little, Farley Mowat and all the other authors I read growing up.

rahh!!!

I have room for about another... 5? 10 books? Which to choose!??!?

Books should not be used as dısplay ıtems but rather as remınders of who we want to be and what we want to create... Your home wıll always be your home. Brıng the books from whıch you can pull the strongest ınspıratıon.

Wow, that's so bizarre. For me, the decision to bring all my books was easy. I mean, I figure I will be living there for a while so I'll want all of them there. I'm actually not leaving anything at home except my bed.

Where are you planning on keeping your books? Would there be any room in the hallway for a bookshelf? If it's only a matter of space then that sucks.

When are you planning on moving in? Phil and I are moving in on the 18th and should be pretty well set up by the 20th. If we have any free space on our bookshelves, you are welcome to store your books at our place so that they don't have to be so far away from you. :)

I'm bringing all my books, but I seriously have the dinkiest collection. I just borrow, really.

Three years is a long time not to have the things that remind you of home. Books are one of those things, anyway.
