okay now, so where was I...

in the past few days while sitting in random locations away from a computer i thought of many clever and humorous things to discuss on this weblog. needless to say, i have forgotten them all. so i will go with what is freshest in my mind.

i thought that maybe it was just that certain combination of people that had me frazzled but apparently its any group at all. i found myself so close to saying, "please leave my house NOW" on numerous occasions. if i am talking to you now and being a bitch i appoligize. well, i dont NOW because im annoyed now, but i will be tomorrow. hopefully thats when youll read this.

so what have i done in the past little while... oh, i played soccer on thursday. now THAT was fun. the best ive felt recently. it was awesome, even if we totally got crushed (last i heard it was 6-0). to be fair i had not played a game with, practised with, met, seen, heard of or even knew three quarters of my team. see the thing is, i am in the U18 age group (girls 18 and under) and there are about 13 girls signed up for the aylmer team. this is barely enough to play the season. the senior women (18 and over) had about the same amount. some one decided the best course of action would be to combine the two team and have them play in the senior league age group. except they didnt seem to get that this would make a team of approximatly 26 people. now for the soccer illiterate there are 11 people on the feild for one team at any given moment, one of those being the goaly. now the goaly can only really change at half time (except in extreme circumstances) so they dont sub out. at the game on thursday we had 12 substitutes while we had a full team ont he feild. for those not doing the math, this means we had a full team change plus 2 extras who would have to sit out two shifts. now this is WAY to many people especially for my age group where we are used to having the exact amount and playing all 40 minutes straight. so we were used to seeing a whole lot more game time. personnaly, i probably played about 20 minutes total. its hardly enough for you to get a feel for the game and to start to work with your teamates.

so in the end the U18 girls decided to stick with their own age group and hope we had enough players for all our games. so we de-amalgamated the teams. im pretty sure that because of this they senior women's team didnt have enough players (in the end they turned out to have more like 8 players in their league) so play this summer so their team is no longer. i thought that was too bad. i wouldnt have minded sticking with them since we always seem to be short people.... oh well, i was a minority. anyways, i have a soccer practice tomorrow. wee! and a game on monday. wee!
( i appolagize for this rather uninteresting and not funny look into my soccer life)

i dont know if i want to see people for a while. im afraid ill say something ill regret, which is entirely too possible. im also afraid i wont regret it.
im also afraid that im not really afraid at all and rather looking forwards to totally blowing up at someone...

wee!
