that didnt take long...

like i said earlier, it was my mom's birthday on thursday. as per family tradition, today is the family barbeque. about 5 minutes after everyone arrived, the booze started flowing. rum, whiskey (no h maybe?), wine, beer... you name it cus im pretty sure im missing a few. to be fair, its not all just family, my mom's best friend Julie and her husband danny are here. both have been good friends with my mom since high school. if any of you have met julie and dan, you'd realise how funny this is. julie is polar opposite of my mom. she's hilarious. her and dan just bought a brand new Harley. it's their baby. in fact, they call it baby. they have an entire photo album of various people along with their "baby". anyways, they're funny people. even funnier when you get my mom with them. they were looking at pictures from their high school days complete with pictures on my uncle in a skin tight muscle shirt and affro. oh the hilarity.
