pop quiz: who is Chuck Berry?

i started a post earlier but internet explorer died so i lost it. but there wasnt anything good there so its no loss.

the city painted a large yellow diamond on the street in front of my house. about a week later (today) they installed a yellow pillar surmounted by signs telling drivers to go around it (as opposed to over) and reminding them of the speed limit. now this huge eyesore is right in front of our yard. my mother took it as a personal insult. now, since when drivers go by the thing they have to go up close to the curb, no one can park in front of our house. so when we have family over, which is quite often, they'll have to park like 3 hourse away. anyways, i dont think its THAT big of a deal, more just annoying but my mom took personal offense to the contraption. apparently its a temporary speed control measure to see if it'll actually work or not. my guess is: it wont.

i feel so cool, i have this lage enough burn mark on my arm that looks positively nasty and im very prous of it. it looks much more painful then it actually was. it hurt for about half an hour but now i dont even notice its there. except to show it off. its all purple now. i feel the same way when i play soccer. i feel very accomplished when im covered in mud and grass stains at the end of a game of practice. like i actually got down and dirty with it. anyways, i was never one to be afraid to get dirty. i was the kid who jumped in mud puddles. its the same with paint.... and everything else for that matter... okay, so im just a messy person.

yeah, i think thats all i had to say...
oh yeah, i finally fixed up my playlist to just the way i like it. ONE HUGE FILE. anyways, it took longer then it may sound since i had a bunch of different folders and doubles and all this other stuff... anyways, its organised alphabetically and thats all i need.

i feel accomplished today.
(by the way, thats not really true... but at least it isnt a COMPLETE lie..)
